Home to Adelaide Hills Arts Centre teaching and mentorship is conducted at  the fully equipped studios at The Brae several days a week. Principal Jennifer DeGrassi conducts individual classes weekly  and workshops several times through out the year. From beginners through to professionals

teaching all genre – Jazz, Soul, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Blues , Theatre Cabaret and Classical.

Audition and performance preparation a speciality.

The Jo Estil method is primarily taught with infusions from Jennifer’s vast performance experience, Classical and Jazz training at the Elder Conservatorium of Music.

“A knowledge of the anatomy is of fundamental importance in understanding your instrument. When this is also supported  by

good technique and emotional intelligence, you will experience a liberating release of the voice .Expression then as a performer is free of obstruction as you engage with confidence and emotional connectivity.”

Performance opportunities are abundant at The Brae (we also have our own theatre) and the  highly  anticipated Singer Showcases at The Governor Hindmarsh Hotel are held twice a year.

Fees are $35 per 30mins, $45 per 45mins, $55 per 60mins

Groups x2 or x3 can also be discussed.
